How does print-on-demand work?
Every item in our store is made to order. When you place an order, your tee is printed and fulfilled by Printful โ a global print-on-demand partner. There's no warehouse, no overstock, and every item is made fresh for you.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes โ we ship worldwide. Printful has production facilities in the US and Europe, so your order ships from whichever is closest to you. Shipping costs and times are shown at checkout. Orders outside the US or EU may be subject to import duties charged by your country.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders go to production quickly โ usually within a few hours of payment. Email coolaistuff.shop@gmail.com immediately if you need to make a change. We'll do our best but can't guarantee changes once production has started.
How do I track my order?
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order leaves the facility. If you don't see it after 6 business days, check your spam folder or email us.
Why did my order arrive in separate packages?
If you ordered multiple items, they may ship from different Printful facilities (US and Europe) and arrive on different days. You won't be charged extra shipping for this.
How do I care for my tee to keep the print looking sharp?
Wash inside-out in cold water, tumble dry on low or hang dry. Avoid ironing directly on the print. Our tees are pre-shrunk, so they'll hold their shape wash after wash.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay, and Google Pay โ all through Stripe's secure checkout.
Do you do bulk or wholesale orders?
Not yet, but we're open to it. Email coolaistuff.shop@gmail.com with what you have in mind.
