Your data is yours. In plain terms: we only collect what we need to get your order made and shipped — nothing for advertising, and nothing we sell on. We're based in the EU and follow the GDPR.

What we collect
- Order data — name, shipping address, email, and order details needed to fulfil your purchase.
- Payment data — handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
- Messages — emails or support requests you send us.

- To comply with our legal obligations
Who we share it with
We share your name and shipping address with our fulfilment partner solely to produce and ship your order. No third parties receive your data for marketing purposes.

Your rights
Under GDPR you can:
- See what data we hold about you
- Ask us to correct or delete it
- Object to or restrict how we use it
- Request a copy in a portable format
- File a complaint with the Swedish Privacy Authority at imy.se
Email coolaistuff.shop@gmail.com to exercise any of these rights. We respond within 30 days.
Cookies and local storage
We use no tracking or advertising cookies. With your consent we store the following preference data in your browser:
- preferred-currency — remembers your selected display currency (localStorage + cookie, 1 year).
- theme — remembers your light/dark preference (localStorage).
- cookie-consent — records whether you accepted or declined preference storage (localStorage). This is set regardless of your choice so we do not ask again on every visit.
If you decline, only cookie-consent is stored. Preference cookies are not set and your currency and theme selections will not be remembered between visits.
Stripe may set cookies on the payment page to prevent fraud. These are strictly necessary and outside our control.
