Returns & Refunds

Every coolaistuff item is made to order— printed specifically for you after you place your order. Because of this, we do not accept returns for change of mind, buyer's remorse, or incorrect size selection. Please use our Size Guide before ordering — and when in doubt, size up.

What we cover

We will replace or refund any order that arrives with:

• A print error or misprint
• A manufacturing defect (holes, loose stitching, faulty seams)
• Significant colour difference from the product page
• The wrong item or size sent by us
• Damage from shipping

How to request a fix

1. Email coolaistuff.shop@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery.
2. Include your order number and 2–3 clear photos of the issue.
3. We'll review and respond within 2 business days.
4. If approved, we'll provide a return address. Ship the item back within 14 days of approval. Return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility.
5. Once received and inspected, your replacement, store credit, or refund will be processed.

Replacement, refund, or store credit

For approved and returned claims we offer:

• Replacement — we re-make and re-ship your item at no cost.
• Store credit — full credit to spend on any future order.
• Refund — returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged in transit

If your package arrives visibly damaged, photograph it before opening and include that photo in your email. It helps us resolve things faster.
