By placing an order on coolaistuff you agree to these terms. Please read them before purchasing.

Orders and pricing

All prices are shown in your selected currency and include any applicable VAT where required. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before an order is fulfilled. You will be notified and given the option to cancel if a correction affects your order.

Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. By completing checkout you agree to Stripe's consumer terms.

Fulfilment

All products are made to order by our print-on-demand partner, Printful. Production typically takes 2–5 business days before shipping. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and are not guaranteed.

Shipping

Shipping costs and estimated delivery windows are calculated at checkout based on your location. Risk of loss transfers to you when the carrier accepts the package. See our Shipping page for full details.

Returns and refunds

Because items are printed on demand we do not accept returns for change of mind. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will arrange a reprint or refund. See our Returns page for the full policy.

EU/EEA consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days under the Consumer Rights Directive, except for goods made to specification — which applies to print-on-demand products. We rely on this exception.

Intellectual property

All designs, graphics, and content on this site are owned by or licensed to coolaistuff. You may not reproduce or use them without written permission.

Limitation of liability

Our liability is limited to the value of your order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits statutory consumer rights you have under Swedish or EU law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Swedish courts. EU consumers may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.

Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date above will change when we do. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance.
